Me and my girlfriend stayed here for 8 days. The staff was very nice and we had a lovely room with lots of space. The food was amazing with variety. Pools were clean, nice and there were always beds available.
You can do lots of stuff outside the resort. It’s only 15 min, €1 pp with the bus to Chania! Which is also a lovely city.

Hotel was very clean and the employees were very nice for the whole duration of our trip. All inclusive food was good and some nice evening program for the whole family. 3 swimming pools and 2 children pools.
I stayed at Althea village with my wife and our toddler for 11 nights at the start of October. We had a great stay. Hotel is spotless and really well run with lots of friendly staff. We did have an issue with hot water in our room early in our stay but the hotel management were very quick to resolve the issue and accommodate us as well as booking us onto a complimentary kids excursion.
Possibly the only issue we had was around the information we got at the start of our stay. We probably would have benefited from a map of key locations (e.g. we didn't know about the play park until a few days in) and an overview of the activities run by the animation team. The animation team did a really great job and in particular, our toddler enjoyed the mini disco every night after dinner.
We had a really great time at Althea Village and would definitely recommend it. Thank you to all the staff :)
